This is a beautiful 18th Century early Worcester tea bowl and saucer 😍. This has a tiny chip.on the base of the cup as shown. Otherwise exactly as you expect something 250 years old would be..wonderful 🧡 A Worcester porcelain teabowl and saucer, transfer printed in underglaze blue with The Fruit Sprigs pattern, circa 1770-80. This pretty floral design features a large piece of fruit among leafy floral stems and smaller prints of fruit and floral sprigs. There is a small leafy stem decorating the well of the teabowl and there are painted blue line border to the rims. Hatched crescent mark to each piece. Reference: Worcester Blue and White Porcelain 1751-1790, Branyan, French and Sandon, Pattern II.C.25, page 348.
