Fully inflate the ball for a firmer, bouncier feel. On the initial inflation, inflate the ball, wait 24 hours, and then add more air to fill the ball to its maximum size. Maintain stability during cardio, yoga, Pilates, prenatal and therapy workouts! The CanDo Inflatable Exercise Ball is made with a non-slip material that features ribbing for added security. Confidently sit on the ball, rest your back on the ball, or grip the ball with your hands or feet during use. Choose the size of the ball according to user height: the blue ball is for users under 4'6"; the yellow ball is for users 4'6" to 5'; the orange ball is for users 5' to 5'5"; the green ball is for users 5'6" to 6'2"; the red ball is for users 6'2" to 6'8"; the blue ball is for users 6'9" and above. Larger sizes—red (95 cm), blue (105 cm), orange (120 cm) and green (150 cm)—are also available. Air pumps are sold separately.
