Stunning vintage plum velvet dress with pleated shoulders and gathered sleeves! This glamorous dress reflects the elegant silhouettes of the 1930s; I think this may be a 1970s recreation of a 30s style! The velvet is soft and lustrous. Fabric content is 75% arnel, 25% nylon. Measurements in photos. Vintage size 11/12, probably a S/M in modern sizing. One of the sleeves' elastic is less tight than the other, causing it to droop a little lower, as you can see in the photos. Belt loops, but one has come loose on one end. A wide black ribbon around the waist would look striking, but it's beautiful without a belt too!
