・I will send a greeting when the item is shipped.
・For stuffed animals, you cannot choose the specific item to be shipped. They are the same product, but the individual items are random. Please be especially careful as many people are concerned about the facial features, etc. (I will note any missing tags, etc.)

・Packaging

Stuffed animals will be waterproofed + packaged in a dedicated envelope or additionally wrapped in vinyl.

Paper items and files will be protected from bending + waterproofed.
