iphone 3gs 16gb read the description, please and thank you

Couldn’t return it to the buyer because I mised the return window because customer support one closer pictures of the damages, which are pretty clear,I’m just trying to recuperate some my money that I spent on this.
The first photo is the person I bought it from the other two photos of the damages. If you notice they described it as new and I couldn’t tell from their pictures I thought it was in good condition. I didn’t mind the crack on the back of the charging port area and I don’t mind the roughed up condition of it, but I thought I’d at least come with buttons at least I didn’t know it was this bad until I got it and I complained about it and then forgot about it because I was kind of busy wasn’t really online most of the time and thought I had sufficient proof to get a refund and those three photos were the photos I sent to customer support. I don’t know how clear can you be?
But the device functions but is not functional enough for me
I’m only making 2/3 money I spend on It
