Comes with just the doll. She had some white in her mouth and nose that I haven't tried to remove. Looks a little like toothpaste. Neck marked pleasant company. Bottom of wig looks like it's missing some hair but her hair is soft. Thicker fuller body of pleasant company. Arms are tight. Left leg occasionally falls down but still tight.
