Based on a French work chore jacket originating in the late 19th century, this work jacket incorporates elements of a 40's American hickory work jacket, creating a new style.
It features a pattern with a diagonally cut front, a characteristic of American work jackets, designed to create a drape when worn, with the front flowing sideways.

The fabric is woven in a herringbone structure using a yarn that blends linen and rayon mouliné. While retaining the luster and firmness of linen, the fabric is finished with the softness and drape of rayon. Using rare mouliné yarn among rayon, it reproduces the faded color of French vintage black moleskin.
