Short pastel blue skater dress

Super cute sexy little dress new without tags I made alterations and took length off. So it’s short. I also added hook closure hand sewn to the front where it ties for adjusted cleavage option. I think it adds to the dress but can be easily removed. I also hemmed the sleeves cause the were very long and had eyelet closure added. This is double lined forst layer is like a slip polyester and second is a medium thickness cotton canvas like material. Color is so beautiful only wore ounce it was a little to tight there is also zipper closure. This is true to size with little to no stretch. Perfect for a petite lady. Skater skirt fitted through top
