This is a Tonttu doll, a Finnish fairy said to bring happiness.
It arrived as a gift from Santa Claus in Rovaniemi, Finland, at the Santa Claus Village on the last Christmas of the 20th century.
It's an item from about 20 years ago.
It comes with an antique-style Christmas card and a ballpoint pen from Santa Claus.
The box has a Finnish stamp from the year 2000 and a Santa Claus postmark.

It has been carefully stored in its box.
