The bottle features embossed details of the Apollo 15 mission, including astronauts in a "Moonmobile" (Lunar Roving Vehicle) and a depiction of one of the astronauts, possibly Colonel David R. Scott.
This is a vintage piece from Wheaton Glass, and is made of carnival glass, giving it an iridescent, multi-color finish, and is often uranium glass, causing it to glow under UV light.
The plate celebrates the Apollo 15 mission, which took place from July 26 to August 7, 1971, and involved the first use of the Lunar Roving Vehicle on the Moon.
