Features intricate white soutache embroidery, a dramatic oversized collar, and its original rope tassel belt. The interior is stamped "Banner Bearer" and features a beautiful pinstripe lining. In excellent vintage condition, perfect for collectors, theatrical wear, or a bold avant-garde statement look. Fits approx. Womens S. Era: Early-mid 20th Century.
