The condition is as shown in the photographs. The area where the bath screws into the base is a bit lopsided. We tried to fix it, but it broke - we got a new screw bolt (the old had rusted) and epoxy to help it hold better than before. I think the screw hole itself is off causing it to be at a slight angle.
