Inspired by the scenery of [Kanibuchi], a hidden valley surrounded by mountains, with cobalt blue water where, according to legend, giant crabs have lived since ancient times.
The design expresses the ripples created on the calm water surface.
Using a plating knit technique, which knits different yarns on the front and back sides, the slightly visible back yarn creates a sense of depth.
YASHIKI's signature kimono pattern is used to give a soft impression with dropped shoulders when worn, and the neckline is designed to resemble the overlapping collar of a kimono.
The brand icon [Yagasuri] pattern is featured on the cuffs.
